 + -1 moreWas good at first, they gave us a fair estimate mid-range, so we accepted it and had them start tthe work on our new home. It doesn't take long to plumb a new home. They were readily available and the plumber was nice but hot was cold and cold was hot on several faucets. The plumber didn't take suggestions well and became rude. As we began to button up the project they re-niged on the estimate and added an additional $4500 dollars to the final bill. They said the guy who wrote up the estimate had been fired so they could not honor the estimate. We didn't want to pay it so they threatened to put a lean on the new house and prevent us from closing! Whatever, so we had to pay it, a very poor way to do business. At the time new construction was starting to boom so I am sure they kept busy. We are over it now but wanted to let other folks know about their integrity, or lack of.

 + -1 moreAfter talking to Steph with Bailly's the evening before, I bought my new heater and Steph arrived shortly thereafter. Steph does not let anything get in her way as she was done in under 2 hours. AWESOME!
Description of Work: Uninstall old hot water heater and install new hot water heater.
