Double R Service Llc

I was referred to Double R Service to duplicate an odd key which no one else in town had the proper blank for. He didn't end up having it either, but took the time to research the possibility of ordering it in. It turned out the key was no longer in production, which I appreciated learning. After discussing the options with them, I decided to have him replace my two doors' lock cylinders and rekey them to a newer style. We made an appointment for the next day. The man and woman from the shop arrived right on time. They replaced one cylinder with no issues, and informed me that the other door's locking mechanism was beyond repair even if the cylinder was replaced (which was not terribly surprising given its age and style). After discussing several options I decided to order a newer style lock. The lock is now on order and we have a follow up appointment for them to install it when it arrives. They were very kind and friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely would use them again & recommend to others.
