Very professional. Explained in detail what was wrong with the unit as well as how the replacement part works to produce cool air.

Technicians were knowledgeable and could answer all my questions. They said they didn't mind climbing into my hot attic, nor crawling under my house to change my A/C filters and check for maintenance issues. I will use them again.

The owner went above and beyond to come back a second day in the middle of his other jobs to finish fixing my problem. My AC unit needed to thaw out overnight, so it couldn't be fixed immediately. I really appreciate him making time to come by, check it was thawed, then inspect and fix the unit.

I was contacted immediately. They came the next day and it took 3 trips to figure out what was wrong, but he figured it out and I was not charged for the additional trips. I have a 20-year-old furnace and it was being stubborn. Very friendly people. Reasonable prices also.

Although these guys were nice, they didn't fix our issue. In fact, we had to call another company because we had a very serious issue that Pride didn't diagnose. We spent over $200 and the problem was not fixed by Pride. I would "NOT" recommend this company. They even told us they didn't fix the problem but had no issue taking our money. They said they didn't know what was wrong but the new company knew right away after he heard what the issue was. We asked for a refund, from Pride, and were told that they did a job and we're entitled to the payment for their time. They wasted our time and money. We hired them due to their 4.9 star rating. I guess that is correct if it was out of 100 stars.

I had another air conditioning project that would have been quite costly, but advice from Chris led me in another direction, which saved me at least $1000,00. He could have easily taken advantage of my situation, but did not. For that, I thank him.
