Absolutely love my new bathroom! I met with Charles and told him what I wanted and he made it happen by helping with the design as well as assisting with product information. The workers were very professional, always on time and efficient. The job was completed in the exact time that Charles predicted with no problems or additional expense. I would highly recommend Keith's Kitchens.

Charles listened to what I needed, was very professional. The job was done very well. Took a couple of months, but I wasn't in any hurry and, hey, it was two cabinet doors as opposed to a whole kitchen or bath. The doors turned out excellent and matched perfectly. The price may seem a bit high for two cabinet doors, but there was the cost of $100 paint match, which is his cost regardless of it being one door or a whole kitchen.

Everything was EXCELLENT!!! Price was right, workers were very Friendly, Professional, and arrived on time. We could not have been more pleased. This was don from January to June 2014 and everything is still perfect!!!

Not well. We didn't hire them to do the kitchen. Way overpriced and unprofessional. He quoted one price at the house, "if it isn't a load bearing wall of $50,000," then we go for the consult at their place and he states he, "doesn't think it's a load bearing wall." But, not the price has gone up $20,000.

Owner very personable and believable when giving estimate. However, I was told cabinets came with a lifetime guarantee and would not peal as my old cabinets had done. The sink installed was suppose to be stain free but it did stain and Keith's Kitchen wouldn't replace it until I called the manufacture and they told me he should. They also replaced one of my cabinet doors but later when 7 others started peeling I was told Keith's no longer carry that product and was given a phone number of the company who made them. This company said their cabinets did not come with life time warranty and sold me replacements at cost! I will not be using or recommending Keith's Kitchen.

Charles Lavender, the owner, said early in the process as we selected various floor tiles, countertops, cabinet styles - his wife Terry assists you with all of that - that "you'll love my guys". It was true as we became friends with Ron, Greg, and Larry over the course of the project. That's so important because the scope of the project my wife and I decided to undertake was large and we knew it would be weeks of effort. The "guys" were always pleasant and they knew their crafts well. They all exhibited an attention to detail and made sure the work area was picked up each night. They made the house as "liveable" as possible considering the scope of the demolition required. My wife was out of town during a major portion of the work (purposefully) so me and the dogs and cats endured. The guys were great with pets and the dogs looked forward to the guys showing up each day. The work included : significant demolition, structural framing, waste water and water supply plumbing, dry wall, venting and HVAC relocation, cable television cabling, electrical upgrades and circuit balancing, cabinet installation, gas line modifications and extensions, lighting, tiled shower, glass enclosure, quartz countertops, 2 bathroom vanities with under-mount sinks, kitchen appliance installation, tile flooring in 2 rooms, crown molding, door casings, window casings, a 6 cabinet/12 door pantry, and cooktop vent installation. I can't say I'm disappointed with any aspect of the project. Charles even chose to overlook some valid "extra charges" just because some of his guys were sick or unavailable and he wasn't happy with the progress that was made when we were out of town during the job. Any "curve balls" that the crew came across (and there were few from my perspective) seemed to be handled efficiently. The final punch list included just a few things and they were handled quickly. I would highly recommend Keith's Kitchens. I learned a lot and I laughed a lot with the guys and had the satisfaction of seeing my investment in my home turn into a beautiful reality. Very happy.

The crew was very professional and work with us every step of the way. Charles worked with us to accommodate changes along the way. Highly recommend them.

The selection process our counter top and back splash went really well. They were very helpful providing insight as to how things would look and were very knowledgeable about the products and process. We received a quote and made an initial down payment of half the cost. The removal of existing materials was smooth and the team performing the work were very pleasant and helpful in answering questions. Later that morning after the existing materials were removed, the countertop and new sink were installed. Our house was a bit of a challenge for them given the lower cabinets were not level, but they did a very good job leveling it out as best they could (much better than the old counter tops for sure)! The counter top and sink had to dry before plumbing could be completed. The plumbing and new faucet as well as back splash were next in the process. Again, there was a challenge with the back splash given the cabinets were not level even though the counter tops had improved quite a bit (in regards to being level). They did such a great job with the challenge of how to do the back splash given it was not level and it turned out really well. We had to order some extra accent tile to go behind the stove and I actually think it looks much better like that. All together we are very, very happy with everything Keith's Kitchens did for our kitchen. The crown molding was the last touch to finish it off and really set it apart. I would recommend the team at Keith's Kitchen to anyone and plan on using them again for any future needs I have.

Completed the job within the promised timeframe. Construction crew was very professional and took great care to keep work area as neat and clean as possible. They found an issue with the ice maker water line and they didn't try to ask for additional fees to repair. They just fixed the problem and moved on with the remodel. Charles (owner) kept in constant contact with us and made sure we were satisfied during the construction.

Easy to reach. Prompt. Courteous and professional. Delivered as promised. Results look great. (Customer provided the mat'l.) Would use again.

Was very impressed with the designs. Many choices and various configurations? Did not select Keith's kitchens for the kitchen remodel because we wanted one company to handle everything including appliances. The designs they provided were very good. I thought Terry did a great job giving us a lot of options. We chose another company and a different design for the actual remodel. Remodel costs were close to same price but other company would handle appliance delivery and installation.

The entire process went very well. The installers were knowledgeable and extremely skilled. They took a great deal of pride in their work and were always going above and beyond. They were very responsive to all questions and concerns. They were always courteous and professional in their actions. The result was a beautiful kitchen!! It met all of our expectations and we are extremely pleased.

Everything went very well. The owner, Charles, worked with us to get the cabinets in question removed and worked on in less than a week. We really appreciated being able to contact him with any questions we had. The installer, Greg, was great. He did a wonderful job taking the cabinets out and putting them back in place after they had been fixed. We are so pleased with the repairs that were made to our cabinets - they will no longer be a problem for us because there isn't any way they will sag now! I really can't thank them enough for saving our cabinets! We are very pleased with the service they provided, and we will not hesitate to call them again for any future kitchen or bath needs that come up!

The job took 5 weeks to complete. All workers arrived in a timely manner and worked steadily. We found each worker to be knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, hard working, and trustworthy. We chose to be at the house while work was going on, making ourselves available if anything was needed. The crew's work ethic instilled our confidence in them from the beginning of the job. We found our initial contact with the designer to be most helpful. We would never have been able to come up with such a great kitchen on our own. Keith's Kitchens supplies quality goods, and quality workers. Our kitchen is beautiful, and our neighbors agree.

My wife would advise the world to never remodel 3 bathrooms and a kitchen at the same time because there are entirely too many decisions and choices to be made. We also included the removal of a wall between the kitchen and dining room which called for a 12 foot steel beam to be installed in the ceiling to keep the second floor from falling into the dining room. Plus we had wood flooring installed in the dining room to match the existing wood floor in the kitchen. And it did - beautifully. This is an indication that Keith's Kitchens can do a lot more than just cabinets and tile. The makeover of our 40 year old home went wonderfully well. The team of artists that Charles has assembled is phenomenal because they are all very professional and meticulous in their work. They put down drop cloths and put up plastic walls whenever they are needed and ALWAYS clean up their work areas prior to leaving each day. Since we did all the painting, they worked with us to enable the painting of areas where light, mirrors, etc. were going to be installed prior to their installation. The quality of their work, attention to detail, and their willingness to "work with us" was exceptional. They make their own cabinets and can mix and match any color stain that you desire. We had already established a maximum amount that we wanted to spend so Charles worked with us to find a solution and keep the project on track and not go over our budgeted amount. His quote was about 90% of another quote we had and we are now certain that we received a superior job in the long run. Charles's wife Terri, came up with 5 or 6 different design possibilities for the kitchen which was an enormous help in aiding our decisions about what we really wanted. Then she later created several more before we made the final decisions. Charles provided us with a detailed quote listing all materials, detailed task list, and costs. There were no surprises. Yesterday, about three and one-half months after the completion of our project, we discovered some adjustments that were needed to a few of the kitchen cabinet doors. We believe that this was due to humidity changes not workmanship, So I talked with Charles yesterday and at about 7:30 this morning a worker arrived to make the cabinets perfect again. This is the kind of after project warranty service you can expect from Keith's Kitchens. The results of all 5 rooms turned out beautifully and we are very satisfied. We would highly recommend Keith's to anyone planning a kitchen and/or bath remodel.

We are very happy with our new kitchen. It is beautiful. Charles at Keith's Kitchen's did an excellent job advising us on the selection of the countertop, design of the backsplash, selection and design of the new flooring, etc. He is very concerned about making sure the work is high quality and that the customer is happy. The installers were excellent - very professional, very punctual, and did excellent work. Also, we had a couple last minute design changes because we selected some tile that we later decided we just didn?t like. Charles worked with us to find a solution and keep the project on track and not go way over our budget. You can probably find others do this work a little cheaper, but you would be sacrificing quality and probably your happiness in the end. You can also most definitely find kitchen remodeling companies that are much more expensive. Keith's Kitchens was $15000 less expensive than the other company we got a quote from. We will definitely be using their services again when we get to remodeling our bathrooms.

The appointment was fine but he didn't know what a stand alone glass panel was, despite supposedly being an expert in bathroom remodel. Just no follow up.

EXCELLENT! We love the cabinets for their beauty, function and quality build. Superior to anything we saw anywhere else. They provided several professional installers. Everyone they sent to work here was of the highest caliber in ability and personality. One of their professionals held responsibility for the entire job and he involved us in every install decision and was able to make the few changes we requested without missing a beat. No detail was left unattended. As for the quality of the design, cabinets and installation, there is not one single flaw in our new kitchen, Their designer caught every detail especially the ones we would have never considered.Everything works the way it should and everything fits the way it was designed. I can't say enough positive as to the integrity of their entire staff. We worked with everyone from the office personnel, installers, designer and owner. We found them to be the most honest and professional of anyone we've ever employed.

Everything went exactly as planned and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. We had planned to get estimates from several kitchen contractors but Keith's was the first place we stopped. They were so personable and professional that we decided to set up an appointment with Mr. Lavender to stop by and take measurements for a quote. He arrived promptly at the appointed time, took all the necessary measurements, offered advice in several areas and provided a very reasonable quote in a timely manner. Unlike some contractors I've dealt with, Mr Lavender provided us with a detailed quote listing all materials, detailed task list and cost per item. There were no surprises. Both the kitchen installer and the tile installer were always on time and both did excellent work. They also cleaned up everything each day before leaving. Once again, the results turned out beautifully and we are very satisfied. Would recommend Keith's to anyone planning a kitchen or bath remodel.

Quality of work was exceptional. Turnaround time was quick and better than expected. Workers were polite, conscientious, prompt and they took pride in their work. Everyone at Keith's was a pleasure to work with.

They did a great job and offered creative solutions to help overcome obstacles inherent to the remodeling problems of a 55 year old house. We were extremely pleased with the tile specialist and his professionalism. He was knowledgeable, proficient, and courteous. At the end of each day he cleaned up and kept the work area clean. The finished job was spectacular! We are very pleased and will use them again. Finding a company that is dependable and delivers their services as expected is as important as the quality of the work. We feel like Keith's Kitchens delivered in all aspects!

We shopped at all of the big box stores and got estimates from several custom kitchen designers. For overall design and professionalism my wife and I both thought Keith's Kitchens was the best choice. They were always punctual, never "back burnered" us to complete other jobs and helped us design a kitchen to fit our needs. We were a little hesitant because the design was so different from what other designers had designed for our space. What we ended up with was a kitchen we absolutely love and was finished on budget and in the guaranteed time. From the first minute we have had no problems, despite gutting the old kitchen, installing new cabinets, extensive new lighting, new double ovens, new refrigerator, and dishwasher. Keith's Kitchens handled everything from start to finish and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were able to make it to work daily and not have to sweat the details, as is often necessary with some contractors. Once the kitchen was finished we started using it immediately and three years later not one problem. We could not be more pleased.
