+ 0 moreI have had comcast for approximately 20 years and they never fail to surprise me how unprofessional they are. I had trouble 3 weeks ago with the self install kit for their new and extremely expensive digital HD boxes. They would NOT help me unless I paid the $92.00 for an in home service fee. I finally hung the phone up because I could no longer endure the way I was being treated. I spoke with a very nice representative this evening from Frontier for satellite dish service. I'm having them coming out on Wednesday to sign a contract and give Comcast their service and boxes back! Someone needs to check into price gouging and monopoly with comcast.
