The owners are unprofessional and rude. When I initially called they said they would come by and leave an estimate. I had said I would like to schedule a time to meet with them for the first time so that I could go over some concerns with my lawn. They really didn't want to to that but eventually agreed. I used them a few times and was home on one of the days. I noticed the person spraying was getting it all over my walkway. I had been noticing some spots on the concrete for awhile and couldn't figure out where they were coming from. I went out to point this out to the person and he acknowledged it was possibly from the treatment. He offered to come back and power wash the walkway. He said they had a machine. He was very nice. I called the owners and explained the conversation to her. She said that their employee was wrong and that the spots weren't due to the treatment. She told me she had told her husband not to take me on as a customer the first time I called because I would be trouble. First - They consider you trouble if they have to take extra time initially to meet with you and go over your lawn's issues instead of just stopping by at their convenience and dropping an estimate. Secondly - Their employee that told me it might be there fault and offered to come back was not a new employee and knew what he was saying. Lastly - I run my own business and would never tell a customer they didn't want to work for me from the beginning, no matter how difficult they were. If I don't feel comfortable taking them on I don't.

They provide a good timely service. My overall experience with them was excellent. I would use their services again in the future.
