+ -1 moreKnowing I was disabled and would never check their work, they cut corners using inferior/wrong type work material and scrap piece of leftover material, they used a regular house paint to paint the flat part of the roof, that in the first winter ran down the new top of the line shingles staining them. Also during the first winter numerious leaks developed and to have fixed/replaced at an addition $4000 (by another roofer)! The second winter, additional leaks appeared and also had to be addressed--all by another roofer.
Description of Work: Replace roof with top of the line shingle roofing material. This included flashing around chimmeys, peaks, & valleys trim.

+ -1 moreHorrible. They started their work and then mid afternoon they wanted to be paid ... which unfortunately my mother did. They didn't come back for another week and only after I made several phone calls. I even took my elderly mother to try to find their place of business. That was an adventure ... we found someone living in a half finished house. Said that the owner of the business was in jail. After another week they finally returned and finished the job after I had called and threatened legal action.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced flat roof on a garage and a small widow's walk on the house of my elderly mother.

Description of Work: Mr. Gibson did not complete the work on time. When the work was complete he told me I owed 900.00 more than the estimate that was given. He then cussed me and made threats. During the day his workers would attempt to "borrow" money for cigarettes and cold drinks from neighbors. At the end of the day the "roofers" had to find transportation home.
