+ 2 moreThe contractor provided an estimate by the hour, but no total estimate for the overall job. They told me they would begin on Monday, but by Tuesday night, I received a text message indicating there was a delay in starting on my home. I was told in the text message that work would begin on Wednesday. Wednesday came, with no one there, and I was promised that night, again via text message that workers would arrive on Thursday. Once again, no one arrived on Thursday, but I was told yet again via text they would arrive on Friday. When still no one showed up on Friday, I received a text that the manager did not know why the sub-contractors had not arrived, but that he would look into it. On Sunday night, I received yet another text indicating that the company would not be able to do the work on my home. I never received so much as a phone call after the first meeting for the estimate, I never received a firm estimate on paper, and there was a complete lack of professionalism.
Description of Work: Install facia and soffit on eaves of house and porches. Replace porch posts and install new railing. Install porch lighting.

+ -1 moreVery professional and definetly would reccomend. We had a couple other contractors come in and tried to scare us into work that did not need to be done. Their prices were in the 2k to 3k range. The man that did our work was honest and upfront and did a very good job.
Description of Work: Additional breakers and plug ins added in garage apartment.
