About us

Backed by over two decades of experience on large corporate computer systems, I provide affordable quality service for home computers and small home businesses. In most cases, work is performed in my home, which keeps your cost down. Pick up and delivery is available at an additional cost. I back up my work with pride. If you feel I missed something, I offer a free followup within a reasonable time frame. Keep in mind that nobody can guaranty a cure-all lifetime solution. I sell refurbished computers; typically coming from places where they were under professional care. Each system is thoroughly tested. I do not sell anything that I would not want to use myself. Products are sold "as is" in good working condition. Should anything go wrong, I will assist in any way I can; within reason. Computers with Windows installed will include the license and/or Restore media. The cost of Windows can greatly increase the cost of the system. To help you save money, I urge you to try the free Linux operating system, giving you the same computer at a fraction of the cost. My personal choice is the Linux system. If you don't like it, you can always replace it with Windows later on; although I have yet to have anyone ask me to do that. The cost of Windows and installation would be an additional charge. Ask me for a free Linux live CD to take home if you want to see it in action on your current system without disrupting what you already have. No matter what your interests are, I can help you find the software you need. Quite often, I find much more than you expected. I offer FREE estimates, provided you bring the equipment to me. I have excellent troubleshooting skills and a bottle of holy water for those apparent possessed systems. Phone assistance is very limited due to time. Paying customer always come first. Calls through my cell phone (phone1) will be cut short due to cost. Repeat callers and calls outside of my working hours will be respectfully turned away. The company motto is "If we don't fix, we don't charge".

i went to a place called A1 videos/computers they said i needed a power supply for $80.00 then it wase $35.00 an hour.there total wase $135.00...i said no and they charged me $37.10 just to get my computer back and they did nothing..I took it back to where i bought it D n R computer services there wase nothing wrong with the power supply it simply needed the virusess removed. Ron treated me exelent did more than any 1 els would ...and it wase only $40.00...A1 will put it too you. I recomend D n R computer services. thanks again

I can't say enough good about the company. I have used Ron's services many times and each time he fixes the problem the first time, he is on time, and he is always reasonable with costs. I have used Ron for everything from a virus/spyware problem to a full failure of my hard drive. The service is outstanding and his knowledge is excellent. I would suggest you give Ron a call before you have any work done. I truly do not think you will be disappointed.
