I was searching for a local phone service provider for residence. Called them and questioned what they had to offer and the price. Very friendly folks who walked me through the details of what we would be receiving. I also wanted internet service and was transferred to that department. I spoke with another very friendly person who explained the DSL packages. Unfortunately, he explained that we were right on the edge of their service and that our connection woudl not be very good. I appreciated that honesty very much! We had Stratuswave for almost a year, but because we needed internet also ( and at the time could not find a separate company (outside of the 'giants') that would provide only DSL without phone) canceled our service. We had found another local company that offered DSL and phone and signed with them. I told Stratuswave how disappointed I was to cancel, but the minute they offer DSL in our area we would definitely sign up again. That is how GREAT they really are!
