Precision Fence And Floors

I called Adam and he came out the same day to provide an estimate to replace a gate on my back fence. Initially, we were very impressed that he came out the same day. He took measurements and said that he would be in touch either "later that day or first thing in the morning." During the estimate, he made mention of the fact that he thought it was a Lowe's gate and would be easy to get and install within a couple of hours. I didn't hear from him the whole next day so I called him. He said, "Well, yeah...I'm thinking it will be about...$500?" I told him I thought that price was a little steep, so I was going to contact other companies for estimates. He said, "Well, let me know what they say...I could probably come down a little." My boyfriend found the exact same gate at Lowe's and fixed it himself for less than $150. I was very disappointed with his obvious lack of business ethics in not providing me with a REAL estimate from the beginning. Would not recommend.

I was very impressed with Adam. He was very professional at all times. The slope that I wanted to add a fence was very challenging, but he had no problem installing a beautiful fence. I definitely appreciated that he was available to be reached during the whole ordering process, easing my mind about trying a new company. He was just what the name indicates, precise. He did exactly what he said he would do, exactly when he said he would do it. The fence looks wonderful, everything was cleaned up and all I had to do was enjoy the fence. He took care of everything. I would definitely recommend Precision Fencing and will call him for any future jobs I may have. If I can find a way to add a photo, I will do so.
