Hired in April for my house to be pained by August. He would call and tell us he was coming the next day and not show up. Over the months he did this at least 5 times. He had my 94 year old mother very upset. The last time he called it was November and he said he would start the next day. I didn’t believe him and when he asked if I just wanted to cancel I said yes. How can I trust someone’s work if they don’t even show up or call?

Lee Cook repaired a 1937 home with significant plaster damage and a very large surface area. He was able to dramatically improve the look of this mansion which had been empty for 3 years. He has great attention to detail and is very clean . His crews worked overtime to get my house ready prior to our arrival. They would be on property at 5am till 7pm before we moved in. He redid areas at no additional cost when he was unhappy with the result. He made suggestions and recommendations as well. Other people he has recommended we're also very good.
