 + -1 moreRecently I noticed some bubbling on the ceiling and walls directly below the resurfaced roof that was done in July 2014. I promptly called Mattucci to look at it. That was a Wednesday; they returned my call on Friday and came to our house on the Saturday morning to take care of it. Mark Mattucci went above and beyond by again resurfacing the roof and caulking any cracks/holes where water might potentially seap through the to the interior walls/ceiling. He also offered advice for a more permanent solution (such replacing rails, masonry work and window sills). He was professional, prompt, and kind. When asked for the bill, he said "no charge". I highly recommend him. He is honest and hard working and makes sure the job is done right!
Description of Work: Mark Mattucci resurfaced a flat roof on our 89 year old stucco house in July 2014 for approximately $1000.00. He resurfaced and caulked in June 2015 with no charge.

 + -1 moreAs I explained above...it went wonderfully! Prompt, professional, reasonably priced, and compassionate and caring folks in a family business. I will call them in spring for my siding to complete my home exterior! No doubt at all.
Description of Work: After messing with Lowe's installation for nearly 4 months, they finally told me they would not do my roof. I was desperate, and due to Angie's list, called Mattucci. He and his wife were absolutely wonderful! As an older woman and widow, also having many years of experience in construction and contracting...I would give this company A++++++! Due to the cold weather, he couldn't work one day and promptly called me and let me know. His crew were professional, cleanup was complete and the flat roof portion was put down well up into the flashing and walls...shingles nailed without a glitch, and the whole job warranted for 2 years. Plus, Mark Mattucci and his wife, Charlotte were the most caring and compassionate people when it came to my distress in replacing this leaking roof.

Description of Work: I had called two roofing companies,one took two weeks to respond and the other has yet to respond. Mattucci called back the same day and met me the next day. They started exactly the day they said they would start and worked straight through till it was finished. They did a very professional job and cleaned up after the project. The most impressive thing however is that while this was going on I had another rental property lose half a roof to a wind storm. I sent Mark a picture of the roof and he immediately called back and said he was on his way. He helped me that evening cover the roof with tarps till he could come back and replace the roof. When he finished my first project, he came right to the next project and finished that job. I would recommend Mark Mattucci to anyone. I have several rental properties and have hired a lot of contractors and none has been as responsive or as professional as Mark Mattucci.

 + -1 moreIt took about a week longer to get them to come and look at the job than I was told, and I had to call them back to finally get them to come give an estimate but once that was completed the job was done when they said it would be and was done correctly. We have several good rains since the repair and the roof leak is gone.

 + -1 moreWithin a couple of daysof receiving approval for the job Mr. Mattucci called to schedule the work. The work was scheduled for Saturday September 14, 2013. He and his crew showed up early in the morning and got straight to work. They finished the job in one day and cleaned up all debris. They were efficient and professional from start to finish. I would recommend Mark Mattucci to anyone who needed roofing work done.
Description of Work: Applied Bitumen membrane on flat sections of roof, installed custom made vented chimney cap, brushed sealant on chimney.

 + -1 moreThey did a fantastic job. I thought that their pricing was very reasonable for the type of roof that I have. I had some contractors come and look at it because it was that caved part of the house. They made it simple. They were clean, nice and pleasant people. They did a great job and kept the place clean. They were prompt, on time and had it done when they said that they would. They were just topnotch all the way around. They did anything that you say. When they said that they were going to be here, they were here. They had full state licenses and insurance. That was the main thing that I was worried about because the back of the house is about three storeys. If you fall off that, you are going to be dead. They knew what they were doing. They were not picked up anywhere down the street. I have already recommended them to a couple of people.
