They came in and looked at the job. A week later I contacted them about the estimate. I was told they didn't have time to do the job. I appreciate them telling me that but once they looked at the job they should have estimated it and told me the time frame.

The shower installation ( walk-in shower w/ glass doors and sides) was poor. It was obvious after installation that they had never installed this type of shower before. The shower walls are not square, they caulked inside the shower at the seams and it leaked. The directions clearly state not to caulk inside, just outside. And the installers walked inside the shower with their muddy boots on and permanently stained the shower floor. To this day, I have not been able to get the stains out. The painting, carpentry and drywall work was pretty good, but the shower problems are enough to keep me from hiring them again. I did call and ask them to come back to fix it. They came back and smeared a little more caulking on and that's about it. There was no sense in asking them to come back again because it was obvious they didn't know what to do. I had already paid them all that I owed and it has been my experience that, once you pay up, it's almost impossible to get satisfaction. My mistake.

I liked him. His workers are good, prompt, and clean. The overall experience was excellent. They were punctual, responsive, and professional.

He is very honest. The staff is great. I could trust them in my home.

After several uses we noticed a leak in the base of the shower. We called the contractor who came to the house within hours. He had in tow the foreman of the tile crew who did the shower work. They spent nearly an hour going over the floor and wall and running the shower to recreate the leak. Mr. Maness scheduled a time later in the week and repairs were made. The problem was corrected.
