Description of Work: Once I got him to come out it went fast, the plumber was very knowledgeable. the only hiccup was the valve replacement into the house it took him about 5 hours to replace, for some reason the solder kept filling up the intake water line but he solved the problem and my pressure has actually increased.

+ -1 moreJeff Nau was great...came out and assessed my needs and what I wanted, and then ordered the water heater for me. It was a bit expensive, as it is the top of the line and propane with electronic ignition, but it was fine although a bit higher priced than what I had initially expected. When the 2 plumbers arrived, they spent the whole day with me to complete the job. All worked wonderfully, and the guys were cordial, understanding and truly polite and professional. I would have them anytime to do work for me.
Description of Work: installed new 40 gallon hot water heater, plumbed for movement of my washer to adjacent location, cut old outside faucet line and installed new freeze-proof outside hose connection through the house wall.

+ -1 moreTheir work is good but they take too long and they charge too much for the dishwasher installation. The quality of the job is not so excellent, it was just good. But they take too much time and they charge way too much money. They are prompt and it's easy to get a hold of them. They will send someone quickly. They charge by the hour which is too much and they take way too long to do the service. I think you will end up double of what you should pay because they take their time to do the service. It's way too expensive.
Description of Work: I used the services of Lou W. Nau. They did plumbing services. They have done a few different jobs for us. They installed our dishwasher, toilet vanity sink top and faucet. The recent job was for the dishwasher installation.

Description of Work: Replaced the ballast on our hot water heater. |We have used Lou Nau Inc for almost 18 years and for more than a dozen repairs and replacements. They are truly outstanding! Always on time and completely dependable. Water heater, furnace, air conditioning , faucets, etc.

Description of Work: Lou Nau repaired a bathroom leak for us and advised us how to get rid of a sewer gas smell. We had dealt with the bathroom leak for years and had multiple plumbers try to correct the problem, but the leak always came back. The leak has not reoccurred since Lou Nau repaired. His plumber was also able to locate the source of the sewer gas and advise us how to correct. We have not had the smell since followng his recommendation. Lou Nau's stores are great. Their employees are always helpful and they have great products.
