Very high quality work. They started a little too early (6:30) for the neighbors.

They fixed several problems for us. We had one spot that required a few visits to track down and repair. They were always willing to return and work on the problem until it was fixed.

The day after I called them, I received a call telling me a work order was being written up. About a week later, they showed up and did the job. To date, the gutters are not leaking. For a company that does not advertise, they are very good.

Called before getting to the job site to confirm everything. Called after he got there and checked it out to make sure he had everything covered. Noticed some other things that should be taken care of - and which I had them do. Plus I added a couple other small items to his list. went well, done on time, no mess.

This work was performed on one of our rental properties. Without going into a lot of detail, if you need a roof problem taken care of these are the people to call and have them do the job. Believe me you will not be disappointed.

I thought their pricing was expensive, but did very good work. I also thought their employees were very professional.

I contacted Kalkreuth to obtain an estimate for having a leaky roof repaired. I was told they would have a contractor call me to set up an appointment to inspect my roof and prepare me an estimate. I waited a week and hadn't heard anything, so I called back to see what the status was. When I called, the lady answering the phone told me they didn't have anything ready yet because the contractor dropped by my house and discovered the roof was too high to check alone. When I originally called I explained to her that a ladder at least 40 feet would be necessary. She said they don't keep them that long on their trucks, so it would be turned over to a gentleman with a ladder long enough, who would then come out and prepare my estimate. The estimate would be in my hands within another week. I waited another week and a half, then called back. At that point I was told the contractor hadn't been out yet, because he was just told about it. He assured me he would be out the next day, Friday, or Monday at the very latest, and would call me immediately in either case. I have not heard from him since. However he was kind enough to tell me that I could expect to pay $600 or more just to have the area around my chimney sealed.
