 + 0 moreCalled twice and told receptionist that I would like an estimate on home remodeling. Per her, she passed the info on to Mr. Huffner each time. I never got a callback and will not be calling again. Need a contractor who will be more responsive to my needs and actually has the desire to do business.

 + -1 moreOverall things went well. Found a couple problems after moving in, repaired myself. Water entered basement in one corner. Attempted several repairs but could not fix. Contacted Huffner and was told I was out of warranty.

 + -1 moreUSE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! They may be cheaper than others, but they do absolutely terrible work! Seriously, there is a fundamental lack of caring on their part. They just want to get the job done as quickly as possible to move on to another job somewhere else and will often leave things unfinished (which will be noticed months later while they claim their job is "finished"). It was so bad in one area that it was necessary to hire a specialist to fix it, which of course would have been cheaper to just go to someone else first. The only nice thing I can say is that they did finish on time and budget, but how does that matter when someone else has to be hired to fix problems they created or failed to fix?? Bottom line: Use someone else!
