Purchased promo package online based on the advice and statements made by Comcast employee. Some of these statements were false. Told us anything to get us to buy. (even services that weren't available in our area) The installer was good, however we received the lesser TV package than what we ordered, confirmed and paid for. The customer service representative we called to fix the issue was very rude and slightly dense. She over-talked my wife and I and did not acknowledge their mistake; she also kept us on the phone for over an hour before I finally got her to put the manager on the phone. Earlier in the call, she said a manager was not available and someone would have to call us back. She lied. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life; I'd prefer to speak with a person in India over the nimrod i had to endure from Comcast any day of the week. This tool even tried to up-sell us even though she never admitted we paid for services they did not connect. (gave us a lesser package than we paid for) The manager was OK and did fix some of the issues but not all. They misrepresent their services and extra fees, and obviously don't screen or train their employees well.
