Description of Work: Stopped at the store. Spoke with owner and picked out some samples. He seemed very professional. He let us take the samples home. We made an appointment for him to come out to the house, which he did. He took the measurements and said he would get back to us with the price to do the job. We never heard back from him, hence we never returned the samples. Don't waste your time on this place. It's a Pick-And-Choose-Only-The-Jobs-You-Want-To-Do place. Our home is about 30 years old, and in a very nice neighborhood where all the homes are well-kept.

+ -1 moreThe biggest issue was they brought the wrong padding - and then they blaimed it on me - stating that I signed for the lower end padding even though we told them explicitly that we wanted the top line padding. Their rep wrote it down incorrectly, and unfortunately for us, we didn't catch it when we put the deposit down. They arrived late (they were scheduled for Thursday afternoon, but a previous job ran over, so they rescheduled for Friday, but didn't arrive until approximately 2:00 p.m.); the installers were in a hurry to finish so they could go to Jamboree in the Hills; they did not clean up afterwards (my husband and I spent at least 1 hour vacuuming when they were done); they broke a window sill, but they did not repair/replace it. Never again will I do business with this company.
Description of Work: Remove old carpet, and install new carpet/padding in living room/dining room.
