Highly recommend B&T Home Improvement. Extremely professional, friendly and respectful of your home. All the work Ric and his crew did for me was exactly what I needed. Repaired my privacy picket fence and replaced many rails and complete fence panels and posts. Also repaired a gate and my outside water line. I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to start work two weeks earlier than planned. Clean up was phenomenal. Like they were never here. I will be calling Ric for future work.

Good communication, good recommendations on what needed to be done. We hired Ric to clean and stain our deck, but it needed specific repairs and support in addition, and he has the skill and crew to do it all. Would definitely hire again. The result is beautiful and we're really happy.

Our family is very happy with the completion of our privacy deck renovated by Ric Thompson and his crew. Our challenge was the high cost to entirely replace our old deck that was rotting away and required days of self-maintenance each year. Rather than a complete replacement, Ric suggested a restoration of the existing deck. This included new deck boards, replacing a few rotted joists, installing vinyl handrails and privacy lattice. The original steps were replaced entirely with a more comfortable pitch and a modern style. The project was topped off with decorative lighting and privacy panels; providing a room-like feel while enjoying the outdoors. The contractor was flexible with our construction dates and worked around the weather to complete on time and within budget. The worksite was cleaned daily and free of debris each evening. They hauled away the old lumber on the first day and took debris on the last day to the curb for garbage pick up the following morning. There was nothing left behind for us to contend with. We will be utilizing their annual "light detail services" in preparation for next season. It is nice to know we won't need to spend days preparing our own deck each spring. We highly recommend this company and give them 5-Stars.

Ric Thompson did an excellent job with replacing my worn & sagging porch floor with a beautiful new composite decking floor. He took care of everything, from coordinating the delivery of the materials to making sure the old materials were hauled away in a dumpster. I was amazed at how well he was able to level out the porch floor, as my house is over 100 years old and had settled quite a bit over the years. He also repaired & painted 3 window frames that were in a serious state of deterioration, all for a very reasonable rate. Ric is a Gem! He is very easy to talk to & explains the work process in very understandable terms. I highly recommend him and I will continue to use his services for repairs I may need on my house.
