Mr. thompson did very good quality work. He arrived early on the day the job was supposed to be done. He stayed late to get the job done that day. Ric is a very nice person. I highly recommend him.

He was on time and very friendly. He put my furniture together quickly and even tightened the loose legs on on my other tables. I really would hire him again to put together other furniture I may purchase.

Rick Thompson is very conscientious and does excellent work. Rick goes above and beyond what is needed to be done and always cheerful.

B&T Home Improvement was able to fit our 3-day project into their schedule within one week. They showed up on time and worked the entire day -- unlike some companies that work a 6-hour day. The project was completed as agreed upon. Their suggestions for improvement were spot on. The workers were courteous and respectful and cleaned up after themselves. We expect to do more projects with them.
