BERRY SUPPLY CORP

An man named Tom came out to give me an estimate for a bathroom remodel. Immediately he expressed that he was not happy because I asked him to take his shoes off. We do not where shoes in our home. When Tom entered the bathroom he commented on how small it is. He dropped his tape measure on my new commode and then again on my vanity. He expressed that he didn't understand why I wanted to remodel because it is a modular home. I let him know that I want to make it as nice as possible. Tom left and was to get back with an estimate. When I didn't hear from him I called him. He told me there are 3 people ahead of me. I waited about 4 weeks and since I hadn't heard from him I called again. Tom then informed me that he is still "looking". I waited approximately 6 weeks and called him again since I had not heard from him. At this point he told me that he couldn't find a bathtub to fit my bathroom. I asked if he was going to call me to make me aware. He said no, he figured I would figure it out. I expressed to him that he should have been courteous and called me to inform me so I wouldn't be sitting here waiting. I know there are bathtubs that will fit and feel that this was just an excuse. If he didn't want the job he should have told me that up front. I feel I have been disrespected and would not recommend even trying to get an estimate from this company. They know who they want as a customer and who they don't want is how I feel.
