Description of Work: Came to the house and looked at the job. After two weeks, we had not received an estimate. I called and the office said they would have him return my call. Another week passed, still no return call. Phoned the office again, and got the same "we'll have him return your call." After more than two months since he was here, we have never received that phone call. This is professionalism at its worst.

Description of Work: Brian Beckett and his crew arrived promptly at 9am and began removing the stump left from our previously downed tree. Meanwhile one of his craftsman began removing the scores of brick from our pathway that had sunk low over the passage of time. As the workman crawled in the muck getting to the widely dispersed root system of the tree, the stone mason lifted and scraped each stone and placed it on our porch in precisely the correct configuration for later replacement. The tree crew removed much of the root system by hand and then brought in a backhoe for the final pulling of the main trunk. It came free and the crew immediately replaced the dirt and other shrubs moved in the process. They installed a new tree in the original hole and covered the area in mulch. The stone mason filled in the low areas on the pathway, tamped it down firmly and then reinstalled all of the stone and they fit perfectly. The crew then planted several bushes and shrubs as agreed and cleaned up the area to my total satisfaction.
