They arrived on time for the estimate and the installation. I had a large sliding patio door that the glass needed replaced in. They did an amazing job replacing it and removed the shattered door with no mess. Excellent job.

I had an appointment for this company to repair a broken window and took the day off of work. They didn't show up. I called to see if they were having problems finding the house and they gave me a song and dance about having an emergency, etc. They said that they should have called us to tell us. They were unconcerned that I'd taken the day off and shrugged it off as if it were my fault. I couldn't believe that these guys wanted to argue about their failure to deliver. This is not my first experience with this company. I thought that things had changed with the new owner. I guess not. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
