Description of Work: Installed a new roof.

Description of Work: Initial estimate for replacement of small porch ( 5x10ft apx) aluminum roof; replacement using metal. Orig estimate apx 700 dollars. When job looked over by the actual person doing work, estimate was performed by unknowledgeable estimator. He knew nothing about structural support. Job ended up requiring replacement of all porch supports. |The wood construction was well done, but lower grade wood used, many deep cracks in 4x4s and lots of splitting and peeling in rail supports requiring repair later before it could be stained. |Issue with water running under channel and dripping onto porch. Had to insist that the person who made the mistake did not do repair work, after being told I would have to wait sev wks for him to come back to work. |It took repeated stops to the office to get the job started, lost contract, when shown my copy they rescheduled me, then lost my number. Had to have downspouts beefed up as one removed and not replaced, had whole roof draining onto my sidewalk where it would pool and freeze in winter. Had to threaten to withhold payment. Then all corrections done quickly. Not sure if I would use them again, not comfortable saying this company above average. |

Description of Work: I had a leak on the front part of my building. It was a leaky on the window and they put some silicon under some flashing.
