Garage not completed. Started ground preparation September 2013, building delivered December 2013 and not completed yet. Workers do an excellent job.

I contacted this builder in October to build a porch roof and shinge my home. I called and left details on his voicemail for an estimate and I contacted him through Angie's list. He failed to respond. I normally attempt contact in 2 forms when possible. They didn't respond to either and I will not call them again.

John was very personable and we told him we had gotten his name from Angie's List. He looked at the roof that we wanted leaks and down spouts repaired. We also were interested in a bathroom remodel. He left telling us he would send us a quote in about two weeks. We were really excited due to the fact we have had nothing but problems with different contractors, plumbers etc. We did not receive the quote until 6 weeks later. When we received the quote the price for gutting and reinstalling the bathroom excluding tub, sink, toilet, tiles, cabinets and fixtures was over $15,000.00. The bathroom is only 10ft by 6ft., the price seemed way too high. The day after Thanksgiving we left a message to discuss the roofing quote but never heard back. This is December 9th and no call back yet. This does not give the homeowner a good feeling about how the work would be carried out!

mr. Lamb came to the house to look at a bathroom remodel. he said it would be an easy project and he would get back to us in a few days with an estimate. after a week of not hearing from him, we tried contacting him numerous times with no response. it's been almost a year now and we still havent been able to find a reliable contractor.

The work area was kept clean, he used a tarp, and took care to wrap the window upon removal to prevent shards from falling out. Mr. Lamb was extremely pleasant and professional. He provided all of his contacts numbers so I could get a hold of him.

The crew showed up bright and early on Monday morning, in fact they started work around 7:30 every day. Monday was spent moving equipment and the dumpster in place but no actual work was performed on the roof (the weather was uncooperative). For the remainder of the week the crew arrived at 7:30 and was done for the day by about 3. They were extremely professional and cleaned up after themselves every day. I could not be happier with the results. I knew they would be replacing the shingles and a few sheets of plywood but I did not expect them to replace as much sheeting as they did nor did I anticipate them reinforcing the ridge line like they did to prevent leaking in the future. Not only did they do all that work but they even came in under the estimate. As a testament to the quality of their work, within about a week of them completing the job we had a massive storm blow thru the area (a Derecho according to the weather). The roof was completely undamaged despite several houses in the area suffering at least some damage. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat.

They do all types of work. They climbed up in the attic to see where the leak was coming from. They were very helpful. They took the old roofing off and didn't leave a mess. Everything was in tip-top shape when they left, and the roof hasn't leaked. They were just so good with everything. They were responsive, punctual, and professional. We have recommended them.
