Bennett's Firestone & Furn Center

Their services were alright. I think their prices were average, because my daughter in law is very good about calling around for pricing information. She always does that. I would not use Bennett's again unless I absolutely had to. Because we purchased so many items, they allowed us to make monthly payments, which is a normal procedure. My daughter in law made the payments by cash, credit card, and over the phone. Bennett's kept calling us saying that were going to take us to collections because we had not paid the bill. My son finally went in to talk with them, and paid them what they said we owed. When my daughter in law found out, and she said Bennett's had already been paid! She went directly to Bennett's, found the person she had paid, and confirmed that the payments had been made. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I am not inclined to shop there again. Their bookkeeping is terrible. The main problem we have with Bennett's is that they are the only retailer in town that offers name brand products. There really isn't another place to shop, unless people go to a different town. If they do that, then the delivery is higher. This is a very small town.
