 + -1 moreI have to say that this a seamless process from the salesman, the final measure to the installer. I was told 8-10 weeks for the windows and they were done before that. I am extremely happy they look great inside and out and no more drafts.
Description of Work: I had 10 double hung windows replaced in my house.

Description of Work: I was extremely pleased with my salesman and especially the installer. The sales pitch was truly interesting and helpful. The installer completed his work and cleanup in less than 7 hours (7 windows). He commented that whoever did the measuring did an excellent job because the windows went in so nicely. I was not at home when the measurer was there. But obviously Window World has some great people working for them. I recommended them to my sister and brother-in-law, and they just ordered 13 windows, requesting the same salesman, measured and installer.

Description of Work: Replaced 2 windows. Windows were $189.00 However extra charge for contractor fee plus 75.00 per window to finish outside of window. Took about 8 weeks for windows to come in.

Description of Work: They ordered the wrong color trim for the outside of the windows. We ordered dark brown they brought kaki. If we reordered it would've taken several weeks. So we settled for them. They did give us a discount. But I would've rather had the color we chose. There were a few other issues we had. | | |

 + 0 moreThe salesman was named todd he was really great in explaining the product and service . he said install would be about 8 to 12 weeks very professional and promnt. then 2 weeks later a rude guy came and measured my windows very quickly! After that it still took 4 months for install and they nicked up up everything on the house and window frame and left place in shambles!The best part of the whole ordeal was the sales man and getting them out of here!!!I hope that todd guy goes some where else cause i need siding yo but not from window world thats for sure
