 + -1 moreIt didnt go. I called 4 weeks in a row. No one ever called, and wouldn't return my calls. Not only that, but I purchased the heat pump from them 31/2 years ago and it has a 10 year warranty. Very poor company. I would definitely not recommend them.
Description of Work: Came to my house, checked my heat pump. They said they had to order parts.

Description of Work: I called this company 20 times, and was told that I would be called back, they NEVER called me back. I would not recommend this company to ANY ONE EVER! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

 + -1 morethey were very professional and helpful,, they found the problem and did find a replacement part and even did research to find a new unit at a lower cost than others than replacing the part for a few dollars less than the new unit. however did not use them as I found a larger unit at a cheaper rate and quicker install. time. would use them as they are a quality buissnesss and family owned but can be a bit pricey .
Description of Work: no labor work. did go to my mothers and look at her A/C to find out the problem.
