 + -1 moreThey took on the my difficult job of installing 2 central heat/AC units in a 100 year old house including installing ductwork. They were able to accommodate my needed timeline. The units are high quality Trane products with good warranties. The crew was polite and knowledgeable. Their pricing is very competitive. Will use them for future needs.

 + -1 moreThe service call went well. I had used their services in the past to replace a heat pump HVAC system at a previous residence and was satisifed with their work. That is why I called them again. I have settled on this company for my HVAC system service.
Description of Work: Checked out two heat pumps, installed a customer provided contactor and two customer provided auto changeover thermostats.

Description of Work: I called Ross and Williamson serveral times to replace my old heat pump system. Eachhat time was told that someone would get back with me....that never happened.....I would have to be very hard up to call them again...Do you hear me now Ross and Williamson

 + -1 moreSee above statement They do not collect at the time of service, but mail a bill. There is an initial service fee for the first time you use them. They will tell you that upfront when you call.
Description of Work: We have used this company several times in the past 5 years for heating and cooling problems. Our first time our air conditioning unit went out , they came promptly and only had to wash out the unit.The second call was when an eleectrical part went out on our furnace and they promptly replaced it. Then last winter they installed a new furnace (Trane) for us. Then yesterday, he had to replace a part and burnt out wire to the air conditioning unit. Each time I've called they have sent someone the next day. Their repairmen are always courteous and get right to work. The prices have always seemed reasonable. I would highly recommend this company. We have always been satisified with their work.
