We were really pleased with their service, but it was expensive. Everything went really well.

There was supposed to be like a curvy line with bricks, there was a mark there in the ground, and I said, “You see this mark; this is supposed to curve out and in, then out and then in, like a really nice, full curvy line.” Inside of that brick line, there was supposed to be, the crumbled red bark. They said they had it and then that is not what they did. They just did a very tiny, little, wavy, snake line and brought it right in too close so they didn't have to use as many bricks and it wasn't as much as work for them. I didn't like that at all and that is still there today. Then, we had a gorgeous rhododendron tree that was not supposed to be taken out, I wasn't there watching, I had upfront over grown bushes that had to be taken out but not the rhododendron tree. I had even specified that but the guys took the rhododendron tree out, which was probably twenty years old. That kind of made me sick. They replaced it with wrinkly-dinky rhododendron tree, but they put it in the wrong place. They pushed it up against the fence and it grows through the fence. Then I specified that I wanted deep red, knock-out rose bushes and they sent pink, then I had to wait a day or two for the red ones to come in. The red ones that they planted were smaller than the pink ones, I think that is why they probably brought the pink but I didn't want the pink; I wanted vibrant red. The pricing was okay but the results could have been better. I was disappointed in my rhododendron tree gone and the pretty curve that I had imagined. It wasn't the powerful impact that I wanted. I know the guys understood because they looked right up when I was putting the lines with my finger. It wasn't a communication problem; they just didn't want to do it. They were here when they said they would be. They took out the bushes that they were supposed to take out, in a good manner. They didn't tear up anything except the twenty-year-old rhododendron tree, which I still wanted. There is a big wooden gate, they were supposed to clear out things from the inside of the gate, and they went around it to plant the replacement tree. I don't want to be too harsh on them; I think it was just overkill by not paying attention.

They are very professional and do a nice job. I always get compliments on my yard because of the work that they do.

Scots arrived when they said they would and completely the job as scheduled. Complete professionals! The people who work for them know their craft inside and out, and they are very courteous. When I came home on my lunch hour, they were happy to take a break from their lunch to show me what they had done and explain what they were doing next. They were very respectful of our property and our neighbors. If they laid some brick and didn't like the way it looked, they tore it up and did it again! Our yard looks like a million bucks now! We love spending time outside and entertaining friends. Would do this again in a heartbeat!
