Terrible. They tried to bill me for the entire room when they worked only in an area of about 48 square ft. The areas quoted on the bill were LARGER than the actual size of the rooms (bedroom + closet). They tried to charge $111 for an emergency call during business hours when no one claimed it was an emergency. I was very disappointed in the bill. I felt like I was being cheated. I also lost a future contractor for carpet cleaning, etc. as I don't feel like I could trust them again.

I’ve used them in the past. I am waiting till I empty the boxes of the house because I got to move over the things yesterday and get me an estimate. It was a referral too, a personal referral. The estimate was for the carpet and wood floors. They’ve done before in the past, and over the past 10 years they had done it more than once, at least 4 times. I got an estimate from them to do it again once I get the house emptied out. They were separate for the wood floors, not just the carpeting. The carpeting, if I remember right wasn’t that expensive. The wood floors were around a $100. They were all fair estimates. I cannot find these papers but it was pretty much the same we normally would pay. They came in and their appointment scheduling was prompt. They showed the same day I called them. I called them in the morning and they were here at 2 o’clock in the afternoon to give me the estimate. Then they followed up, probably 4 times since then and now it’s the end of May. I’ve had it done before and they had done a nice job. I have wood floors that are real genuine wood floors and so, I just can’t hire anybody to come in to do them. They are the only place in town that’s qualified and the only place that does them. They’re very clean, very respectful and very nice. You know that, they’ve obviously been trained how to respect someone’s home. I’ve used them many times before, so I know they are consistent.
