My wife and I visited the Cozy Fireplace and Patio shop in Vienna, WV while we were looking for a fireplace insert. The people at the shop took the time to explain the many options. They asked lots of questions about what how we were planning on using the insert and what we were looking for in appearance. After getting our input they suggested several different models from several manufacturers. They also told us what would need to be done to our chimney for proper performance of the insert. We ordered a wood burning insert and about two weeks later heard from Cozy Fireplace and Patio that it arrived. Installation date was set for the next week. The installers arrived on time and quickly got to work. Within 4 hours the chimney liner and insert were in place and ready to fire up. The owner and installers knew their business and did a good job. We have been pleased with the insert and recommend Cozy Fireplace and Patio.
