The yard work went well. The owners of the company were always stopping by to check on what had been done and would not accept payment until they were satisfied that the work was done completely and well. They were very pleasant to deal with and their prices were reasonable. After the yardwork was finished, I happened to ask if they could do anything to improve the looks of my 26 year-old deck. They replaced the decking, rails, and privacy fence. I ended up with what looks like a brand new deck. Once again, the owners stopped by frequently to check on the progress of the project and to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I'm giving them a rest to let them help some other people, but I have lots of other projects that I want done and I plan to use them to complete those. There is very little on the home improvement list that they cannot do. I was delighted with everything they did and will definitely be using their services again. I had so many different things done, that I was unable to give a price for everything, but the deck replacement was around $4,000.00 for materials and labor. I thought that was a remarkable price for what now looks like a brand new deck, with should last for the next 26 years.
