It was all good. They came in cleaned up and did it. It was an emergency and they took care of everything. They are very reliable, do good work and we were pleased with the job.

We have a routine maintenance contract with them. They were the company that installed the system by the previous owners. It was in the late 1990's. We decided to go with their preventative maintenance contract. They have been very, very good. They make an appointment in the spring and usually in the fall. Their workers are right on time or they call if they are running a little late. Everything has been very professional. I don't know how they are price wise. Their quality of work, promptness and professionalism are all very good. This is an old house and they have been able to give us helpful hints on adjusting registers and running the fan motor all summer to help get the cool air from the air conditioning system running better throughout the house. They didn't try to sell us anything more. We think very highly of the company. They do big time HVAC for industrial stuff as well as the residential branch. They have several branches throughout the state. I'm not sure but I think their prices are fair.
