Description of Work: Rebuilt enjine-boat wouldn't run.$2300.00 Guanteed us it would run once this was done! Next not sure what he did??? $917.00- put on lake again would't run. Different stories on what he fixed this time. Again-not sure changed his story as to what he did. paid $390.00 - still wouldn/t run. Wanted to pick boat up this spring, stated the he had to replace the electronics, but that still hadn't fixed it. Stated that he needed to add new carbirators, but, first he need to be paid for the electronics $1000.00 plus. He did not call us prior to doing all this work, after the engine, that is. We told him to remove the new electronics that we didn't ask him to do and that we were picking the boat up. He informed me that we still owed him $185.00 for picking the boat up at the dock last summer d/t it not running, "service call" and storage fee for this past winter, which was when it still wouldn't run. He's a liar and a crook!!!
