Paid deposit and they said they would contact me within 10 days to schedule the work. I was not in a hurry but a month after I had paid my deposit I still hadn't heard from them. I called and left message and still no call back. Finally, found business card of gentleman who came and picked up my deposit and left voice message. I was finally contacted later that day by someone and said guys would be at my house this afternoon. The work was fine but wish the clean up would have been a little better, I have been finding nails all over my driveway.

Looks great and cleaned up after the job.

It went very well. If they completed the entire job in about three hours. Dare I say it… The gutters and downspouts are beautiful!!

I was very pleased. They cleaned up well after themselves, and they were very polite. They got it done on time, and I was pleased with the results.

Service rep was punctual and friendly. Gave us thorough estimate and approximate install date. The workers showed up a little earlier than expected (which was much better than being late) but they don't require you to be home. Install took a few hours and the team was polite. We did find one large nail left behind in the flower bed, but otherwise they cleaned everything up and invoiced us for the work.

A sales agent came to my house, took measurements for an estimate to replace gutters and I never heard from him again. I called every few days between September 22 and October 23, 2014 to see when I would get a price estimate. I even tried to speak to the company manager, but a lady who answers the phone would only say "Ma'am, I just answer the phone and take messages." My experience was extremely frustrating.

Terrible from 1st day of instillation - Did not have material necessary to complete work. Lead installer stated "paper work did not indiciate Amt/Type of materials needed." Very sloppy work.

Extremely well; arrived on time, courteous, efficient - removed and took away old gutters and installed new. Salespeople, workers, management, and office personnel all efficient and easy to work with. Very satisfied.

Gutter Pro was easy to deal with from beginning to end. I wanted certain parts of my gutters routed a different way to the yard. They had no problem working with me in this aspect. They replaced all my gutters and cleaned up real good afterwards.

They worked thru the day and cleaned up after finished. The covers look great and work fine so far.

Gutter Pro installed gutter guards for us about 8 years ago; the product is very good, and has only required one service call over that time. Recently, we had a downspout issue after a storm. I called Gutter Pro to ask if they did other gutter repair and was told they did. I tried to schedule an appointment but was told they weren't sure when the men would be in Charleston next. After a week or so, I called back and was told the men would be in Charleston the first part of the following week, and they would just come to the house for the repair; no one needed to be home. The following week, no one came back, nor the week after that. I then retained another contractor to do the repair, after which I called Gutter Pro to cancel the service. When I called back, I was told that they had lost their worker who did that kind of repairs,and hadn't been able to replace him. No one called to explain the situation. They were very nice, but I felt this was unacceptable service. However, I would use them for the installation of their gutter guards again, because the product is so good.

Gutter Pro showed up timely as contracted with custom color gutters to match house trim. Went to work immediately to remove old gutter and installed new 6 inch gutter and down spouts per request. Completed the work efficiently and neatly. Cleaned up and departed in good time. Gutters have worked VERY well in ongoing rain deluges that have occurred in this geography this summer. I am well pleased. This contractor was a little high in a cost comparison to another bidder - also on Angie's List - on my work BUT the other vendor refused to do the work when he actually saw the height of my house. What good is a "lower' bid if the vendor won't do the work after actually seeing the "project"?

They arrived on time and went right to work. After finishing they had me take a look and see if everything was ok. They had cleaned everything up and hauled away. it came a short rain while they were here and they had me to see the gutters that were up and they seemed to be working fine.

The gutters are nice (at least the portions that they actually replaced). Much like the previous poster, I had a bad experience with the salesman that came out. He also "promised the world" to us and Gutter Pro didn't deliver. They quoted us a price for a complete replacement (including downspouts). The saleman also promised that they would adrress an issue we were having with one of our downspouts being clogged up. Well. to makle a long story short, after they came and did the installation, we noticed that the downspouts had, in fact, not been replaced, and we also noticed that nothing had been done about the downspout that was clogged up. They still charged us the FULL AMOUNT and never mentioned that they didn't perform all of the work that they CHARGED us for. Had we not called the salesman, they wouldn't even had told us that they didn't do all the work they promised. Well, after repeated calls to the salesman, he finally agreed to issue a small refund for the downspouts. He then proceeded to tell me that I would need to call a plumber for the issue with the clogged downspout. The gutters may be nice, but I WOULD NEVER use this company again due to the issues we had with their salesman.

I didn't care for them. The salesman promised the world, but there was nothing in writing. He didn't come for the installation. The spouting is already popping up. There are so many disclosures and caveats on their warranty. The salesman said they would cut trees away. They sent ten workers and I'm not sure if they even spoke English. They were just here and gone. The time I called they were very defensive. I haven't given them the opportunity to send someone else to correct it. I didn't think it would be covered by the warranty. I thought the price was outrageous. I only called them once and they did come out. They did show up when they were supposed to. They left cigarette butts and cans. It is still leaking. I thought they would be putting new gutters on for the price I paid.
