Description of Work: Over a span of 25 years Edelman Construction Co. LLC has been our main construction company for a variety of situations. Edelman Construction Co. LLC has done everything one could ask for in remodeling our home. On our first job with them was in 1992. They extensively renovated our main bathroom, installed new tub, shower, sink, toilet and ventilation fan-heater and new plumbing throughout the house. Several years later in 2000 they totally reconstructed our utility/laundry room which included a new hot water tank and upgraded our wiring and electrical system. In December 2012 we contracted them once again for an extensive remodeling job. They first removed all of the old carpeting and installed new hardwood oak flooring in five rooms and installed new Simonton Prism double pane windows throughout the house They then completely rebuilt our kitchen. This included sheet-rocking the walls, a textured plaster ceiling and installing new cabinets, a floor to ceiling pantry, recessed lighting, a new double sink and electric range. They built us a new 20’ x 8’ front porch using composite decking and railing and rebuilt our back porch. They also installed fiberglass insulation underneath the house and installed new front and back chain link fence gates.
