Response from Stephens Painting LLC
[Removed member name], We are very sorry that you feel that you did not receive good service from our company! However, I feel there is a huge misunderstanding. I received a message from you on Thursday 4/9/15 asking for an estimate on the following Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday and the message gave us a phone number and a name (Judy) to call. I responded to the message in the early hours of Friday 4/10/15 stating that I would call later that morning to schedule (I am normally in the office too early to begin calling people). My notes from that morning (I had to go back a few months, but I do keep phone call notes), indicated that I called the number and left a message. In the voice message, I indicated that our appointment schedule was booked solid for those three days you requested, but that I could schedule the estimate for a different time. I asked for someone to call me back to come up with an alternate time to provide the estimate. Perhaps you didn't get the message??? If someone called us back or sent us a message, then I have absolutely no record of that. I apologize if there was a miscommunication. At Stephens Painting, we pride ourselves on returning calls and messages and providing superior customer service. After 70 years in business in this area, we strive to maintain a stellar reputation, which we have. Again, my notes indicate that I left a message with you and I don't have any other notes of being contacted after that. However, if I overlooked a subsequent message from you, then please accept my sincere apologies. It would certainly not have been intentional or any indication of the quality of our service or our work. I also would like to add that we never spoke directly, we never provided an estimate, and we never worked for you. This review was only based off your assumption that we never called you back or returned your message. My notes indicate otherwise. Thank you.
