Morgan Lawn and Services LLC is a locally owned and operated company in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. We are a licensed and insured lawn and landscaping company servicing Jefferson and Berkeley Counties. We excel at establishing an honest, and friendly, relationship with every customer and providing the most meticulous work at an affordable price. By being a small and local business, we are able to connect with each customer, both residential and commercial, to ensure complete satisfaction. Owner Justin Morgan treats every customer, current and new, as if they are a friend, and not just another client. He knows that good, honest customer service is the key to any successful business and brings that "old school" hospitality with him to every consultation. Mr. Morgan's passion is being able to work outside, but what he loves most is meeting new people and building relationships with everyone. His goal is to build a company that will allow him to spend just as much time at home with his family as at work.

They still have work to do. As I mentioned it is ongoing.
Description of Work: I had a lot of clean up to be done. It is an on going thing. They show up every week and my yard looks so much better.

Very lousy.
Description of Work: Called up to see the work needed and ask for cost proposal. Made a date and time for him to appear . He never came nor called. He was due at 5:30. We waited until 7:30. after that time we left. When we got home there was no message from him on our voice message program. Called him the next day and he said something came up and we were not important enough for him to write down our number.

I am very sorry I was unable to make it as some important personal things came up unexpectedly that needed take care of. Unfortunately I did forget to make note of your phone number but it was not because of your reasoning. I simply forgot, had nothing to do with importance. After searching through calls and using some process of elimination I found your number and called back but received no answer. I left a message informing you what happened and tried to reschedule but I did not receive a call back. In conclusion I should have handled things better and been more organized and am very sorry I was unable to show up.

Justin is very professional, takes his time on doing it right and is very thorough, very easy to work with, ---I was more than pleased and will have him back in the Spring and Summer to maintain my yard for me.
Description of Work: Total yard clean up, new plantings , transfer of some old plantings to other locations, debris removal, advice on certain areas of yard, trimming all bushes and trees.

He comes in every week and is very detail oriented. It takes just 20 minutes for him to complete the job. He has a leaf puller so all the grass and debris is sucked up into it. His price is very fair. If he is not able to make it he makes it a point informs us.
Description of Work: I use Justin Morgan Landscaping to do our lawn. He usually does trimming and edging.
