Generation Air Conditioning & Heating

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Generation Air Conditioning and Heating, LLC. Despite being charged almost $1,000 for a service that included a check-up and adding refrigerant, my heating issue was not resolved. When I called to address the ongoing problem, I was told I would need to pay an additional $142 for another diagnosis, despite having already paid a diagnostic fee. This business appears more interested in overcharging customers than providing quality service. I would caution others to look elsewhere for their HVAC needs.

John came out on a Friday evening just shortly after I sent a message through home advisor asking for quotes when no one else could make it until Monday. John was very helpful and fixed my AC. He explained what he was doing and why. He made suggestions on how to make my AC more efficient. He added coolant, showed me the air temperature that was coming out of the registers after adding the coolant, and was very professional and very friendly in his service. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Great job John.

I found myself with my air conditioner not blowing cold air on a sweltering 90 degree July day. I called Generation and explained my situation JOhn and even though it was a Saturday he said they could be there in a few hours. John showed up when they said they would, quickly diagnosed my problem and made the required repair all for a very reasonable price. Generation was prompt, professional, and courteous, and I would highly recommend them again for my heating and cooling needs.

The contactor came out to my home on time and ready to work. He had a positive disposition and made me feel confident that he knew what he was doing. In previous months I dealt with highly incompetent people who claim they could do the work. John was different. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Very professional and friendly. Came to the house on time and got right to the problem. By the time I got my shoes on and went out to talk about what may be causing the problem, John had the capacitor in his hand and told me this was the it. He had the part in his van. Took him 5 minutes to install. John explained the cost and after that was done he was off to another job. He was excellent.
