Description of Work: Replaced the inside unit of my heat pump. When they cleaned the pipes prior to installing the new unit, they contaminated my apartment. When the pipes are cleaned, they are supposed to "blow" the fumes, etc. to the outside. They did the opposite. They blew whatever was in the pipes INTO my apartment. I ended up in the emergency room and had to be treated for shortness of breath, chest pains and exposure to unknown contaminates (gases and fumes)!
