Kitchens Unlimited LLC

In September 2012, the business owner provided a free estimate to install cabinets in my garage. I already had possession of the 10 cabinets; the on-site visit between the two of us was to secure a cost estimate and a timeline to install the cabinets. He informed me that the task could be completed in one day by two of his employees and he also provided me the cost estimate for installation, which I verbally accepted. I visited the business on 04 JAN 13 and spoke with the receptionist to initiate this project. I provided my contact information and was told that the owner would contact me. I called the business on 07 JAN 13 to follow-up during the day. Again, the receptionist took my contact information and informed me that the owner would contact me. I visited the business later that day on my way home from work and the owner was present. He recalled the home visit and again, told me that they could perform the job. I'm simply requesting to schedule this project, which he acknowledged and that he would contact me so we could synch our dates. I called the business on 08 JAN 13 and left a voice message to please call me back. I called the business on 09 JAN 13 to follow-up and the receptionist informed me that the owner was on a job site and that she'd give him the message to contact me. I visited the business on 11 JAN 13 to follow-up. Again, the receptionist informed me that the owner was on a job site. However, she called him in my presence to get this project started. Once more, I was informed by the receptionist that the owner would contact me. I keep waiting to hear from this guy. I called the business on 17 JAN 13 and left a voice message. I contacted the business on 18 JAN 13 with success...the receptionist informed me that the owner was in the show room with a customer and that he'd call me right back. Still no word. I'm honestly trying my best to hire locals and spend money locally. I'm not asking them to make or refurbish any cabinets. I travel a lot w/ my job and these cabinets have been on my garage floor for a long time. I'm not home enough nor can I install them all by myself. Thus, I was willing to pay the price he quoted to get the job done. My patience has worn thin. No contract was signed nor was any work started. Simply frustrating to find and hire professionals. Evidently, Kitchens Unlimited LLC generates enough business and doesn't want my money to install cabinets.
