+ -1 moreIt is scary to abandon one's computer to a stranger, but in this case it was a great decision. He was conscientious and honest, got it done when he said he would, explained what he was doing and why. It had both hardware and software problems. It is about 12 years old and running like new. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
