Mr. Walker came and met with me at my house to view area where I wanted a concrete patio poured. Talked to him at length, he took measurements and told me he would get back to me in a few days with an estimate. When I didnt hear from him, I called him the following week only to be LIED to again telling me he would call me in a few days. It has been months and have never heard from him.

Mr. Walker was very kind, responsive, and the workmanship has held up.

Crew showed up exactly when they said they would. They spent a day and a half getting things ready for the concrete. On the third day they were here, the concrete went in and they smoothed it out.The guys was very polite and courteous. They offered suggestions and were very helpful throughout the entire process. We were very pleased with Concrete Solutions.

Bob Walker of Concrete Solutions was punctual with looking over the job, issuing a quote, and scheduling the work to be done. Professional. One pad, the sidewalk, and steps went great with no issues. On the second pad, which was the last pour of the day, the concrete truck driver added too much water without Bob Walker's knowledge (Bob and his guys were finishing a previously poured piece of concrete). Bob told my wife immediately after the second pad was poured that there could be a problem with cracking on that particular pad after he had seen how much water was in the mix. Bob called me the next morning to see if there were any issues and told me about the wet mix on the second pad. I told him that I had already noticed cracking, at which Bob responded that he would remove when the guys took down the forms on the other pours. Bob said he would take the concrete to a dump, but I told him I wanted the old concrete for and quot;rip rapand quot; for water run-off issues. The concrete was broken up to a condition where I could move it and left for me to use. New pad was poured with no issues. Again, professional. Pricing was reasonable/average, as I already had knowledge about the going rate for concrete work. But Bob took care of all issues within what he had quoted, even removing the pad that had cracked and replacing it without asking for more money. He did not ask for any money until job was done. Great service.

We telephoned Bob Walker approximately a week ago. He came over the day we called and arranged to come back the following week to do the work. The work was completed as planned and less than the amount he quoted.

Excellent service!!! Very professional, showed up on time and did a great job!! Went above and beyond when a tree fell in our yard while they were working, they removed the some of the tree limbs covering the road so that cars could pass.
