+ -1 moreDavid explained everything down to the tiniest detail in terms that we could understand. He was very thorough and took his time with the inspection as well as going over and showing everything to us that was in his report and then even sent the report to us while we were standing on site. Very professional and we would certainly recommend him to anyone that needs home inspection services.

+ -1 moreI called BHI on the recommendation of my realtor. I called on Monday morning and had the inspection done, report in hand by 5 pm the next day. The inspection includes a very thorough walk-through by David after he completes his written report. During the walk-through he points out not only the areas of concern from the report, but also other oddities, potential problems, etc. that he found. He was very friendly, easy to work with, and professional.
Description of Work: Complete home inspection for a new home buyer. Covered areas: general, exterior, garage, roofing, structure, electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, appliances, interior. Produced an 18-page report with color pictures, delivered via Email and Web. Included on-sight walk-through with buyer after inspection, explaining areas of concern.
