 + -1 moreLes did a great job! His work was very good (you can't even tell that our floors were repaired, they look brand new now). He was very neat and cleaned up the construction mess every evening when they finished for the day and the price was very good. He was also very friendly and easy to work with. We plan to use him again in the future for some kitchen remodeling. I highly recommend him!

 + -1 moreCertainly would not contact again. Seemed like such a nice guy, it is a shame.
Description of Work: Provided no services because he failed to get back to us with an estimate. I'm not sure what ever happened to him but he came, looked at the project, told me he'd have to include travel in the estimate due to distance but then never got back to me.

 + -1 moreHe's pleasant, friendly, and professional. He's really great at what he does. It turns out that he's not just good at drywall, but he's very knowledgable about quite a few things. We're thinking that on our next project of working on our kitchen, we'll call him!
Description of Work: We had originally called him out a few months ago to do drywall, and we reviewed him already for that. More recently, my husband had another problem while renovating our bathroom and decided to give him a call. He came out on a FRIDAY evening to help my husband.

Description of Work: We had been needing several small drywall projects done but no one seemed to be interested in coming out for an estimate. Mr. Pierce was very good to call and come , stating no job is too large or too small. We are on a very limited budget so instead of using him we decided to tackle it ourselves. The prices he quoted were reasonalbe in comparison to other quotes we later received.

 + 3 moreOver all I am very pleased, there where lots of things that that I did not ask to be done, for example, he replaced the threshold three time, not because I was dissatisfied, but because he was not satisfied. He installed hurricane straps and tie downs on his own, to ensure that it was a solid job and ,sat but not least, on the back door, instead of putting a wooden door, Les installed a quality steel door and frame, I was not expecting that.. Every part of the job was above and beyond what I expected. If you Ned a general contractor Piece Arow contraction is the one to get, I. Would highly recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: I had a garage built, it was a 24 by 28 foot garage with two garage doors and a door. The site for the garage was escalated and retaining wall was instslled. The roof has a 5 12 pitch, rafters where placed ever 16 inches.. Hurricane straps where installed on the rafters and on the tied en on the blocks. The garage had blocks lay four high. And was filled with concrete on the front and around each openning.
