Recently as it has gotten colder, my heat will not come on. I called Travis Moore several times and he will not return my calls. When a heat pump is installed its supposed to get registered and mine was not. Our heat strips have cracked and burnt out on this unit. When we got an outside opinion they told me the heat strips cracking and burning out is usually due to poor installation. I have been trying to get more information on the materials used for the installation and he will not answer my calls.

After a day out of the house I returned to a temp of 50 degrees. I tried to call my regular service contractor. He was not answering his phone. I looked in the phone book and found an ad that looked like the owner was not out to take me. I called, he said that he could be there within 45 minutes. He called just as he was starting out. He was here just a little before 45 minutes was up. He went right to the furnace and started it up. Evidently the gas company had had the gas off (or else the wind had blown the pilot out) , so all he had to do was light it up and it started. The furnace is very old, so I was expecting trouble other than a pilot light. I do not know how to re-light the furnace, so he showed me how to do it. I asked for the senior discount and he gave it to me. I am 72 years old. I would recommend him again.
