work not done - was never contacted after several attempts

I called them for an estimate but they never called me back.

My gutters were leaking severely and causing water problems for my foundation. I had four different companies come to look at the problem and give an estimate on what it would cost to fix it. Everyone but Mr. Bentley said I needed completely new gutters and downspouts to the tune of up to several thousand dollars. Mr. Bentley inspected my problem carefully and was honest and said that all I needed was drip edge, bigger downspouts, and to make sure that when my gutters were cleaned that the leaf guard was put back in place properly. He was completely right. He did the work he recommended for only $440, and I haven't had any problem since then. On top of being so honest, he was also on time and professional. After he did such a great job for me, I recommended him to my mother, who also had a great experience with him. I highly recommend this company!

They came out; removed our old gutters and installed our new ones. They were just fabulous!

They were good. They did a good job. The price was reasonable and they have been recommended by somebody who had used them too. They are nice to work with. I think they were on time.

Did pretty good job. Initially the forgot to install leaf guards and had to come back. Had a minor leak which we reported as soon as we discovered it. Was at least a month before it was repaired.

Well, from the first telephone call to Chris McComas, customer service was nothing but EXCEPTIONAL!!! Chris answered his phone each time I called, whether for additional information and/or to schedule an appointment for a quote and eventually installation service. I met Chris at our new home property and he explained exactly what would be required for the job, the best materials to use and exactly what the cost would be. I scheduled an appointment for the gutter installation. The morning Chris and his crew (2 other guys) showed (on time to the very minute), it was so hot and humid it was unbearable to remain outside for more than a few minutes. Chris introduced me to the other gentlemen and then proceeded to walk around my home instructing them on what needed to be done. Without hesitation, the work began. I remained inside during the installation process, except to offer the crew a cold drink or cool wet towel, which they respectfully declined because they had brought their own. During the 2 1/2 hours it took to complete the job, I never heard any noise from them. The extension ladders used to access areas of the house were covered in thick cloths so as to not scratch the siding or any other parts of my home. After completing the job, one of the guys asked me to come outside, inspect their work and give my approval. The gutters and downspouts were installed perfectly and to this day (1/25/14) still look new and work just as well as the first day they were installed. When they left, you never knew they were there! I recomend Chris McComas and Crew 1000% !!!!!!!

Quick to respond with estimate. Came the day after I called. Mark scheduled the work as soon as possible. We did have to wait a few days because of rain delays. Initially his crew forgot to install the leave guard screens. However, after we called he sent a crew to complete within 2 days.

I called over the weekend and left a message for Mr. Turley. He called me back on Monday morning and gave me a rough estimate over the phone. He told me they had a job to finish up before they would be able to come and install our gutters. They installed the gutters within 48 hours or so of the time I first spoke with Mr. Turley, and did a wonderful job.

I was so pleased with the workers form Mountain State Gutter. They did a wonderful job of replacing my old gutters and cleaning up after the job was finished. I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs gutters. One of the main reasons I called them was because they came to Boone County to help me get this job done.

We never knew they were there. Always cleaned up each day and did work in professional manner. I was working one day on a Habitat house and the crew there said that they did their gutters for them and recommended them. I did get a couple of other estimates and they were the lowest. I was a little hesitant because of the lower price but went ahead because of the recommendation. I couldn't be happier. Awesome job. Would recommend.
