+ -1 moreI worked with the Hurricane office of Chimney Doctor and had an excellent experience. They scheduled a convenient time only a few days in the future. The owner called to confirm the day before, and the technician called en route. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional, doing their minor work very neatly. The main technician explained what he his analysis revealed and explained possible minor remedies and a recommended timeline in the future. Cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this group and use them in the future.

+ -1 moreTheir service is soooo poor and obviously unreliable. Iv read similar reviews with the same comments. I will report them to WV Attorney Generals office/and/Better Business Bureau of WV. And also see that their so called WV license is revoked. They were at 2014 home show in Charleston and I will pass of the word of their disrespect to the customer and very poor service now and at the next home show.
Description of Work: THey provided a chimney cleaning but never provided a promised estimate for chimney repair. That was a month ago They will not answer phone and as of 5/15 their phones are disconnected...

+ -1 moreI had to leave a message but they called me back later that day. When I found out they did not provide free estimates for services I thanked them for calling me back but stated I was not interested in which they immediately ended the conversation in a less than professional way.

Description of Work: How can you do business when you don't answer the phone and you don't return messages? I don't understand...I'm trying to give someone money but they don't apparently want it! I have tried calling multiple times for a week and all you get a voicemail and no one ever calls you back.

+ -1 moreOverall the gentlemen started off great. He completed 3/4ths of his job and then he never came back to finish or complete the job. However he did complete what he was paid for. Therefore he was not a complete bomb but when I called and called for him to complete the job he would blow me off over and over again and months and I mean months later I finally had to hire someone else to finish the job completely so that we could use the fireplace. If I was someone going to use them make sure u never pay for anything in advance so that u don't lose your money if he doesn't return.
